Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts. Memberships are month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime after your first month.
How do founding rates work?
Founding members lock in their rate for life — as long as their membership stays active. Once we open to the public, these rates will no longer be available.
How do reservations work?
Communal sauna and cold-plunge sessions are reserved in advance to help maintain a comfortable experience and prevent overcrowding. Members may reserve one communal contrast session per day. Private members may also reserve the private contrast suite once per day. Recovery and Private members have unlimited access to massage chairs and compression therapy, subject to availability.
Can I use the massage chairs or compression more than once a day?
Yes. Massage chairs and compression therapy are unlimited for Recovery and Private members, subject to availability. No reservation required — just walk up when a station is open.
Can I upgrade my membership later?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time. Your founding rate discount will apply to the upgraded tier if you lock it in before we open.
Can I bring a guest?
Private membership includes 2 guest passes per month. All members can purchase additional guest passes at a discounted rate.
When do memberships start billing?
Memberships begin billing on your first visit after we open. Joining the waitlist now reserves your founding rate — you won't be charged until we open.
